5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup windows are scheduled based on our delivery routes.
While we strive to meet requested times, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Weather
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
Customers remain responsible for rental charges unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
